Whats New at HDB....

Jan 2010 - HDB has provided planning advice for over 90 schools, from the Central Coast to Port Stephens, under the Federal Government's Building Education Revolution economic stimulous programme. Services provided included Statements of Environmental Effects, Bushfire Threat Assesssments, and planning advice & liaison with the building contractors.

Jan 2010 - Northern Highland Travel have moved into their new premises at Thornton. HDB were engaged as project managers during the construction phase of the project. The new compex includes office space, conference facilities, commercial kitchen, and garaging for coaches.

Jan 2010 - The NSW State Government has released State Environmental Planning Policy (Affordable Rental Housing) 2009. This policy allows, in certain situations, approval of granny-flat type dwellings in as little as 10 days. Please contact HDB for further information.
